Job Description: Interconnection Public Policy Support III
Public policy liaison with 3-5 years experience single-handedly drafting comments for public consultations, prepare briefings, memos, presentations, research and keep all business stakeholder teams informed.
Qualifications
-3-5 years industry experience in telecommunications, internet service providers, or content OTT
- Specific LATAM experience regarding network fee, network investments, telecom policy, and/or telecom regulatory environments.
-A degree in law/political science, economics, with a specialization in telecommunications and internet highly preferred.
-Self starter with minimal supervision.
-Research and develop policies and communication related to freedom of expression, products, online safety, cybersecurity, and privacy.
-Draft policy related materials including enforcement protocols.
-Research policy areas of interest to the company.
Preferred Skills
- Portuguese or Spanish language preferred.
- A degree in law/political science, economics, with a specialization in telecommunications and internet highly preferred.
-Experience with FAANG companies
