Measurement and Evaluation Manager
New York, NY (Hybrid)
1 Year Contract
- Fluxx is graph making software – you can build out reports with Fluxx using smart logic and surveys
- Need someone to build the framework of the grant impact program (is funding affecting small businesses? Is funding targeting women etc..)
- Collecting info from graftees and measuring impact of funding
- Each grant will be different and specific (AI Grants, social impact grants, most are “small business and financial health”)
- Social impact experience is most important skill (outputs and outcomes)
- Qualitative and Quantitative impact data: Storytelling piece is the deeper piece they want to get to. “If you reached 50,000 businesses, what was the impact you achieved from that reachout?”
- Experience with grants funded programs is a plus
