What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow GRC Business Continuity Architect position at PRI Technology?
I have a full time opportunity for a ServiceNow GRC/Business Continuity Lead in Jersey City, NJ for one of our enterprise financial services clients. This role will focus on the design and architecture supporting their new disaster recovery efforts globally.
Experience specifically with the Business Continuity module is needed.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the creation of detailed technical designs, specifically in GRC/BCM, that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively. Drive the development of thought leaders within the practice to deliver architecturally sound solutions amidst client ambiguity.
- Technical Consultation and Leadership: Serve as an expert architect leading ServiceNow GRC solutioning sessions and building bridges between disparate organizations with your technical expertise and leadership.
- Integration and Automation: Innovate integration solutions that enhance data consistency and integrity across platforms. Develop and share integration standards and strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Introduce new methodologies and technologies to optimize practice performance. Ensure adherence to these concepts and procedures.
- Develops architecture and solution designs to support stakeholder objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices
- Provide technical evaluation of ServiceNow Enhancements against ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify complex technical and functional needs of systems
- Create and recommend changes in development standards including design and coding standards
- Look for opportunities to simplify code and existing or new architectures
- Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in the SNOW/ServiceNow platform (preferably IRM/CRM)
- Solid experience designing the GRC module (Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, Crisis Management)
- Minimum 2 years Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
