What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at PRI Technology?
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a technology recruiting environment.
Prior experience in both corporate recruiting and retained/contingency search firms is attractive.
Experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred but not required.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly required with current familiarity with Workday Recruiting as a strong preference.
Qualifications:
Strong client service orientation with a proven track record in executing the full recruiting lifecycle.
Ability to build outstanding relationships across an organization and be viewed as a valued business partner.
Proven business acumen with the ability to navigate organizational complexity; effectively understanding the key business needs.

Strong offer negotiation skills with proven abilities to attract and close top talent.

Serves as a highly professional and articulate representative and "spokesperson” in branding the organization to the external talent marketplace.
Salary : $50 - $55
