We are looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst!
We will highly prioritize candidates who can work in any of our client's offices.

Remote workers are acceptable as long as they can work EST hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Providing production support for the Workday modules for day to day issues as they come up
• Developing Workday solutions based on business requirements while following best practices
• Performing unit testing and providing input to the QA testing team in determination of functional scenarios and regression tests.
• Deploying configuration by following the change management process in play for all change updates to production
• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with business contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
• Serving as primary, daily contact to the business on delivery of services
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products to clients
• Managing deliverables, scope of work and quality for Payroll work stream
• Building relationships internally and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams
• Partner with other roles in an agile methodology environment
• In addition, there will be specific regular events and strategic/operational projects that correlate to each individual Workday module which you will manage and/or support. For these types of activities, you will be responsible for:
- Leading configuration design sessions
- Demonstrating Workday features
- Researching and recommending solutions based on tech capabilities
- Calling out design considerations that aid in business decision making
Qualifications:
• Minimum seven years of experience supporting enterprise HR applications in functional – technical roles
• Three or more years of demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Payroll and two or more of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation.
• Expert knowledge and hands on experience of Payroll configuration required
• Understanding of Workday payroll end to end processing including but not limited to pay components setup, earnings, deductions, pay calculations, pay processing, taxes, retro calculations, payroll reporting etc.
• Ability to enhance the payroll module with new setup, new functionality for all kinds of business needs.
• Workday Report Writer a plus
• Understanding of Workday data, data flow between modules and integrations to other systems
• Expert-level proficiency with MS Excel
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to drive discussions to closure, aligning cross functional groups with an ownership attitude
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; keen ability to multi-task and prioritize work deliverables as needs evolve
• Demonstrated basic understanding of HR processes
• Bachelor's Degree required
