What you'll do :
- Configure and maintain existing Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation, Absence and Benefits
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations
- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
- Lead Workday implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, scoping, testing, and deployment
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Ability to document processes and construct useful demonstrations and knowledge transfers for business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support configuration issues
- Support assigned Workday module(s) including managing Workday Semi-Annual Releases
- Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields using Workday reporting tools

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
