Position Details
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Washington, DC, with working hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. For the right candidate, we are open to considering a hybrid schedule. This is a U.S.-based position.
Responsibilities
- Develop a framework for training new hires across departments.
- Ensure all manuals are current and up to date.
- Optimize the onboarding process for efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct onboarding sessions with all new hires.
- Serve as a culture champion to promote the firm’s core values.
- Define and develop career paths firmwide, outlining responsibilities and requirements for each role.
- Upgrade the annual review process and associated forms.
- Plan team-building activities and culture-enhancing events.
- Provide support for the firm’s intranet platform.
- Assist with employee terminations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or Corporate Training Certification is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with professionalism and effectively collaborate within a team.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background and reference check.
