Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Establish and nurture relationships with medical professionals, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, to facilitate collaboration and generate referrals to the firm’s personal injury services.
- Networking: Attend local medical and legal events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services and expand the referral network.
- Education & Training: Provide training and resources to medical professionals on the legal aspects of personal injury cases, enhancing their understanding of the process and the firm’s role.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all interactions and collaborations comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining the firm’s integrity and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in legal nurse consulting or medical sales are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical-legal liaison role, medical sales, or legal marketing, preferably within a personal injury law firm.
- Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, and proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
