Position Details This is a full-time, in-office position based in Washington, DC , with working hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. For the right candidate, we are open to considering a hybrid schedule. This is a U.S.-based position. Responsibilities Develop a framework for training new hires across departments. Ensure all manuals are current and up to date. Optimize the onboarding process for efficiency and consistency. Conduct onboarding sessions with all new hires. Serve as a culture champion to promote the firm’s core values. Define and develop career paths firmwide, outlining responsibilities and requirements for each role. Upgrade the annual review process and associated forms. Plan team-building activities and culture-enhancing events. Provide support for the firm’s intranet platform. Assist with employee terminations as needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or Corporate Training Certification is preferred. Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills. Proven ability to work independently with professionalism and effectively collaborate within a team. Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced executive environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
