Job Summary
We are seeking a Trusts and Estates Paralegal to support our attorneys at our Washington, D.C., headquarters. In this role, you will assist with case management, administrative tasks, and client interactions to ensure smooth and efficient estate planning processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Draft estate planning documents for attorney review.
- Request necessary documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain client relationships by gathering feedback and providing excellent service.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the Trusts and Estates team.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Organize and maintain case files and databases.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents.
- Knowledge of Trusts and Estates matters in the DMV area.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset – you take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
