Description
(Job) Key Position Results Required: (Must Do)
- Provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests (phone, email, Teams)
- Travel to jobsites within North America up to 25% per month
- Diagnose & troubleshoot field issues
- Work with sales representatives and various internal departments on resolving product quality issues
- Engage in on-site product testing and performing minor repairs (as needed)
- Assist with installation and/or commissioning of systems which use Price products
- Participate in visits with sales representatives and their customers (either at PRCN, other Price Facilities, or in the field, as required)
- Perform presentations & webinars to train and prepare customers for installation of Price products
- Work on projects which help streamline processes within the Field Support Department

Description of Experience Required: (Must Know)
- An understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles, and ability to read engineering / architectural drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CAD software
- Previous experience in customer service and technical support would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
