Description

Price Industries Inc. is on the search for a Human Resources Administrator for its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Lawrenceville, GA. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and flow of work for the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibilities include human resources support encompassing significant non-exempt recruitment, new-hire orientation, employee advocacy, data entry, tracking/reporting, and other administrative duties.  Works closely with the manufacturing management staff to ensure the support system is in place to assist as needed. 

 

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Identify suitable candidates through the company ATS, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

  • Complete onboarding/orientation and paperwork for new hires.

  • Complete 30/60 /90 days of new hire check-ins and surveys

Reporting/Tracking

  • Generate headcount and recruiting status reports for management

  • Review temp timecards and invoices for accuracy

  • Manage the Vacation/LOA/FMLA/COVID tracking processes

  • Manage the attendance system

  • Ensure forms center is stocked with current forms and filing

Employee Relations

  • Monitor new and existing employees and act as their employee advocate

  • Communicate any complaints and concerns to HR Manager

  • Assist with benefits administration

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Two plus years experience in the HR field, OR Any similar combination of education and experience

Qualifications

  • Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred

  • 2 years’ experience with recruitment processes

  • Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.

  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
