Price Industries Inc. is on the search for a
HR Admin for its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in
Lawrenceville, GA. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and flow of work for the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibilities include human resources support encompassing significant non-exempt recruitment, new-hire orientation, employee advocacy, data entry, tracking/reporting, and other administrative duties. Works closely with the manufacturing management staff to ensure the support system is in place to assist as needed.
Responsibilities
Recruiting
Identify suitable candidates through the company ATS, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Complete onboarding/orientation and paperwork for new hires. Complete 30/60 /90 days of new hire check-ins and surveys Reporting/Tracking
Generate headcount and recruiting status reports for management Review temp timecards and invoices for accuracy Manage the Vacation/LOA/FMLA/COVID tracking processes Manage the attendance system Ensure forms center is stocked with current forms and filing Employee Relations
Monitor new and existing employees and act as their employee advocate Communicate any complaints and concerns to HR Manager Assist with benefits administration Other duties as assigned. Education Two plus years experience in the HR field, OR Any similar combination of education and experience
Qualifications Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources. Bi-lingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred 2 years’ experience with recruitment processes Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Supports workplace diversity
