Job Summary:
As the Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, manage and support technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards, and help drive performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience in pest control and a passion for team development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of pest, lawn, termite, and insulation technicians
Monitor route performance and ensure timely, effective service delivery
Conduct regular field audits, ride-alongs, and quality control checks
Train, coach, and mentor service team members to meet performance goals
Manage scheduling, routing, inventory, and equipment needs
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company safety standards
Handle escalated customer issues and work to maintain high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and administrative teams
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in the pest control industry; management experience preferred
Valid pest control licenses/certifications (preferred or required by state)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of lawn care, termite, and TAP insulation services is a plus
Proficiency in route management and service software
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
