Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Develop and document business requirements to align with overall business strategies.
- Perform business process reengineering to identify new technology applications and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit and ROI studies.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps for system improvements.
- Create test cases and provide training for new projects and business processes.
- Identify project inefficiencies and risks, offering actionable recommendations.
- Communicate business processes and workflows through diagrams and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience mentoring and providing consultation to team members.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret technical information, including regulations, policies, and system documentation.
- Strong written communication skills for translating business needs into technical specifications and instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate individual and group activities effectively.
- Expertise in diagnosing application issues and designing technical solutions.
- Track record of preparing clear and concise business requirements and technical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Social Services Applications (SSA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering methodologies.
