Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: DFW Airport, TX (Onsite)
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
W2 Role Only (NO C2C)
Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining enterprise systems. This role involves ensuring system performance, implementing custom solutions, and providing support to users. The analyst will work closely with teams to resolve business challenges through tailored software solutions and assist in system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and provide technical support, managing code migrations.
- Analyze bugs, test patches, and implement application updates.
- Ensure compatibility of current and proposed systems, aligning solutions with business strategies.
- Work with managers to define business challenges and deliver tailored software solutions.
- Provide end-user support, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform advanced configuration tasks in databases and data communications.
- Offer on-call support for critical applications, minimizing downtime.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of systems analysis, design principles, and software development.
- Experience with system configuration, debugging, and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with database management systems and data communication protocols.
- Experience with enterprise system tools and programming languages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
