What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business System Analyst position at Robert Half?
We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst (BSA) to provide critical support to our team managing and supporting a variety of legacy applications. This is a contract position, offering a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to contribute to key projects, including the Odessa migration and ServiceNow configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide business systems analysis support for new applications.
- Utilize SQL skills to join tables, write simple queries for data retrieval, and read/interpret stored procedures for data extraction.
- Support the team in managing and maintaining legacy applications.
- Contribute to the team's efforts during the Odessa migration testing phase.
- Assist with the ServiceNow configuration project.
- Collaborate with the BSA team to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: Remote
- Tuesday, Wednesday: Onsite
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible when appropriate)
Key Projects and Technologies:
- Odessa migration from SAP
- VOIP (RingCentral) implementation
- IVR implementation
- Fresh Desk ticketing system
- ServiceNow configuration
- WMS by Datascan
Required Skills and Experience (Must-Haves):
- Proven Business Systems Analyst experience supporting new applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to:
- Join tables.
- Write simple queries.
- Read and interpret stored procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- ServiceNow configuration experience.
- ServiceNow development experience.
Salary : $45 - $55
