This role involves troubleshooting front-end issues, implementing effective solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including communication specialists, graphic designers, and back-end developers.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Drupal 10, is proficient in web-based scripting languages, and possesses a strong understanding of federal compliance standards for digital communications.
Responsibilities
- Website Development and Maintenance :
Design, develop, document, analyze, test, and modify websites and web applications.
Gather project requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute web development plans.
Apply federal digital communications compliance standards to all web development tasks.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to analyze website performance.
Provide user support, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering inquiries.
Maintain system software, hardware configurations, and security updates.
