Position : IT Client Support Entry Level
Location : On-site | Downtown Austin, TX
Shifts : Night Shift (5 : 45 PM 6 : 15 AM) | Possible Day Shift (5 : 45 AM 6 : 15 PM) | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software
- Answer customer calls, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues
- Assist with help desk, desktop support, and data center operations
- Monitor, report, and escalate issues as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (lifting up to 40 lbs.)
- Work independently and in a team setting to meet customer needs
Qualification
Duration : March 2025 August 2025 (with possible extensions)
