Job Title : Program Manager (Remote)

Position Type : Full-Time (30-40 hours per week, 40 total hours)

Location : Remote

Education Requirement : Bachelor's Degree

Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the leadership team in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic interdisciplinary programs. In this role, you will ensure programs align with organizational goals, stay on track, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively. You will facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders, provide operational support, and develop solutions to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Program Support

  • Support CIT leadership in managing strategic projects by breaking down complex problems into milestones and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide operational and project management support for strategic planning sessions, governance committees, and cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, assign resources, and create detailed work breakdown structures.

2. Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare progress summaries, dashboards, presentations, and updates for executive leadership.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action plans.
  • Utilize data analysis to enhance stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • 3. Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting project success.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, applying change management principles.
  • 4. Budget Management

  • Coordinate project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and timelines.
  • Develop and track project budgets using standard documentation, including charters and resource plans.
  • 5. Process Improvement & Governance

  • Develop and standardize project management SOPs, templates, tools, and resources.
  • Establish workflows for tracking, reviewing, and improving project processes.
  • Research and implement project management best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • 6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate communication strategies and coordinate project information via internal platforms.
  • 7. Subject Matter Expertise

  • Provide guidance and training on project management tools and processes.
  • Conduct evaluations of project activities, budgets, and documentation, recommending improvements where needed.
