About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the transition and enhancement of business systems within a large-scale public program. This role will focus on analyzing system requirements, supporting user training and testing, and contributing to ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate system requirements and user needs
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate on resolutions
- Design and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test plans
- Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
- Create and deliver training materials and conduct system-related training sessions
- Provide clear documentation of business processes, requirements, and feedback
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on sprint deliverables
- Offer proactive solutions for risk mitigation and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), system troubleshooting, and user training
- Proven ability to interpret and document business needs into functional system requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle complex project deliverables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience reviewing release notes and communicating updates to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data reviews and system audits (e.g., participation or duplicate record checks)
- Background in social services or health-related systems is a plus
