Sr. Helpdesk Specialist
📍 Location: DFW Airport, TX 75261 (Onsite)
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours/week)
We’re looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two technical issues are the same. If you excel at troubleshooting without relying on pre-defined scripts and enjoy solving complex IT challenges, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Provide technical support via phone and walk-up channels, using critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, network connectivity challenges, and complex application interactions.
🔹 Support hardware connectivity, compatibility issues, and Mac OS/iOS devices.
🔹 Maintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base with hands-on experience and solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong troubleshooting experience with:
- Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365
- Network connectivity (basic & advanced)
- Mac OS & iOS devices
- Hardware compatibility and application/system crashes
- ✅ Hands-on experience with:
- Remedy, Genesys, Active Directory
- Azure, PowerShell, SharePoint, SCCM Remote Control Viewer
- Ticketing/documentation systems
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5 years of professional IT support experience (Associate’s degree preferred)
✔️ Eligible for CJIS certification
✔️ Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently
✔️ Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
