IT HELPDESK TECHNICIAN
Plano, TX
We are hiring a IT Helpdesk Technician for our Healthcare client in Plano. The ideal candidate will carry multiple certification and have experience performing Level I - Level III Helpdesk support for internal and remote users.
This position has several potential paths for growth including Desktop Support, IT Field Support or several other internal IT groups.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 80%-100% phone support to local and remote users
- Learn and support proprietary healthcare applications
- Provide troubleshooting and support for email accounts, mobile devices, etc
- Continually provide excellent customer service
- Exhaust all means of ticket/issue resolution before escalating
- Take initiative to address issues that may arise outside of normal scope of work
- Provide excellent customer service for all users
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
- HDI (Help Desk Institute), A and/or Network certifications
- 4 years of IT Helpdesk support experience
- Office 365 support experience
- Active Directory account creation, password reset, etc
- Mac/PC support experience
- Mobile device support (Android and iOS)
- Excellent customer service and communication
