Job Title: Feed Mill Worker
Department: Dodge City Feed Mill
Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary:
The Feed Mill Worker is responsible for ensuring the feed mill maintains adequate product levels to meet both internal and external customer demands. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with all safety, OSHA, and operational regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and efficiency while performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload feed products for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety compliance and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials.
• Sack and prepare feed for warehouse storage and delivery.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as baggers, forklifts, two-wheel dollies, freight lifts, and man lifts.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support elevator operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth mill operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights and using equipment such as ladders or man lifts.
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and bend frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces.
• Willing to work in various environmental conditions (dust, heat, cold).
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
