Pride Health is hiring an Admin Coordinator to support our client’s medical facility in Chapel Hill, NC. This TEMP TO HIRE opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Type: TEMP TO HIRE
Duration: 13 weeks of contract then will evaluate the possibility of becoming permanent
Location: Chapel Hill, NC – 27514/27517
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour
Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
Must meet ONE of the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED AND 3 years of clerical or administrative experience;
- Associate's Degree 2 years of clerical or administrative experience;
- Bachelor's Degree 1 year of clerical or administrative experience.
**Floating to two different facilities will be required. Both are in Chapel Hill: 27514 and 27517
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and executive communications, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Oversee budget administration, monitor accounts, and prepare financial reports for strategic planning.
- Supervise program operations, including purchasing, space allocation, and policy implementation.
- Act as an HR liaison, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting recruitment, retention, and employee relations.
