Pride Health is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Oregon.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! This is an Onsite Opportunity.
Job Title : Executive Assistant
Location : Springfield, OR 97477
Pay Range- $30 / hr. - $33 / hr.
Shift : M-F 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Duties
- Provides daily support for executive staff.
- Facilitates workflow for accurate and successful completion of assignments / projects by computer applications that include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Composes, produces, and facilitates the timely distribution of various correspondences with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Manage appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, review mail, as directed monitor budget and respond as appropriate
- Coordinates various events / activities, which may include dinners, retreats, and meetings.
- Participates in the design, development, implementation ,and maintenance of executive office systems and services as appropriate
- As a member of the executive support team, participates in team meetings, and shares responsibilities as appropriate and necessary.
- other duties as assigned.
