Job Title: Hardware Analyst - Information Technology
Location: New York, NY 10065
Pay: $22-$24(hourly)
Shift: Days 5x8 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, VDI, Tablets, Phones, and Printers.
- Offer support to more than 1,000 users, ensuring their hardware and software issues are addressed with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Support the technical team by troubleshooting and resolving issues with IT equipment.
- Work both independently and as a team player to meet the needs of the department and users.
- Assist in maintaining the hardware infrastructure and ensuring systems are running smoothly.
Qualifications -
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware and software support.
- Education: A 2-year degree is strongly encouraged.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, VDI, and common hardware/software systems (tablets, phones, printers). Ability to provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
