Position : Hardware Analyst-Information Technology
Shift : Days-(5x8)
Time : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Weekly Hours : 40 Hrs
Contract Duration : 13 weeks
Pay Range : $20 / hr - $24 / hr
Location : New York, NY 10065
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to over 1,000 users, assisting with both hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve break / fix issues on Windows 10 desktops, laptops, VDI systems, phones, tablets, and printers.
- Support users with software and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Display a positive attitude, work as a team player, and be independent in addressing user needs.
- Assist users with various technical issues related to W10, W11, VDI, and mobile devices.
