Licensed Master Social Worker

Pride Health is hiring for a Licensed Master Social Worker to support our client’s facility in Lincoln Park, MI/ Southgate, MI. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with children and families in a dynamic mental health setting!

Job Summary:

The Licensed Master Social Worker will provide clinical supervision, manage staff, oversee treatment records, and collaborate with community organizations and partner agencies. The role ensures smooth operations and compliance with quality initiatives, working directly with the Program Director and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and manage staff, including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee treatment records, case consultations, and patient documentation.
• Ensure service delivery coverage and assess community needs for service prioritization.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies, hospitals, and treatment providers.
• Manage documentation, audits, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct staff meetings, provide feedback, and maintain performance records.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure in Michigan.
• Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience working with children and families in a mental health setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred (at least 1 year).
• Experience in Community Mental Health setting is preferred.
• Certifications:
• Must obtain Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) credentials within 120 days of hire.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis management, and cultural competency skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and public presentation skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record.
• Must be able to provide 23 hours of billable service per week.

• Location: Lincoln Park, MI 48146/ Southgate, MI 48195
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $69,420 - $93,321/ Annually (based on experience)
