* Provide direct patient care to assigned patients on the Med Surg unit
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
* BSN or MSN degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg environment
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Med Surg nursing practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
