Pharmacist

Pride Health is hiring an Inpatient Pharmacist for a contract role at a hospital in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic clinical setting!

📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY 11235 – Hospital Based

🕒 Schedule: Days, Evening, and Midnight Shifts (5) 8-hour shifts per week

📅 Contract Duration: 3 months

💰 Pay Rate: $90/hourly on W2

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Process and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols

✔ Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for documentation and order processing

✔ Perform sterile processing and handle high-risk medications safely

✔ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

✔ Ensure proper pharmacy processing procedures are followed

Requirements:

✅ Experience: Prior inpatient pharmacy experience required

✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR, sterile processing, and medication management

✅ Availability: Must be open to weekend shifts

✅ Language: Spanish proficiency preferred

✅ Licensed: Pharmacist Licensed issued by NYSED

✅ Education: Pharm. D required.
