What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at Pride Health?
This position is 32 hours per week, days with every other weekend.
The clinical generalist will provide pharmaceutical care services to the patients of Hospital.
Clinical generalists rotate through clinical and distribution services, however, anticipate being assigned to a clinical pharmacist role >60% of the month.
These services include, but are not limited to, multidisciplinary rounding 7 days per week, oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy, as well as advising physicians on matters pertaining to drug usage and control within assigned hospital locations.
Providing drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing processes and systems is also critical.
Clinical practices include dosing and monitoring anticoagulants, antimicrobials including vancomycin, total parenteral nutrition, patient-controlled analgesia, and others.
Salary : $50 - $79
