Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Pharmacy Director to join our team at Pride Health. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy department and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the pharmacy department, including planning and organizing daily activities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate department staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication inventory and quality assurance data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with MS or PharmD preferred.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in Michigan.
- Three to five years of supervisory/administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
