Phlebotomy - PSC Greeter

Pride Health is hiring a PSC Greeter to support our client’s medical facility based in Brooklyn NY 11218. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position Name: PSC Greeter

Pay rate: $17/hr

Location: Brooklyn NY 11218

Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension

Shift: Eastern time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm every other Saturday 8am-1pm

Summary:

Provide front office support at a Patient Service Center, including customer service, data entry, billing, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients courteously; support kiosk sign-in process
• Handle patient inquiries and verify insurance/billing information
• Perform data entry, filing, faxing, and mail prep
• Answer phones professionally and resolve client issues
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Order and stock office supplies as needed
• May support multiple locations and assist during high-volume times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Data entry/PC skills preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Flexible with schedule (weekends, holidays, overtime)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit/stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, bend/reach/twist as needed
