Job Description:
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shift: 5x8 Rotating
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $2400 - $2640 Weekly DOE
Overview
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented radiologic technologist to be responsible for operating imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes. The radiologic technologist's responsibilities include following physicians' orders regarding the area of the body to scan, positioning patients and equipment, and answering patients' questions. The radiologic technologist will use imaging equipment to capture images of tissues, bones, organs, and vessels, and may assist in the administration of radiation therapy treatments or radiopharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals for clear imaging.
- Position patients and equipment, ensuring comfort and understanding.
- Input scan commands, monitor displays, and adjust density/contrast.
- Monitor patients during exams and ensure radiation safety.
- Produce diagnostic images and update patient records.
- Manage daily procedure schedules and monitor supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and patient guidance.
- Perform maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 year General Radiographer experience.
- Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS
- Current State of WI license as a Radiographer
