Sonographer

Pride Health is hiring a Sonographer to support our client’s medical facility based in Everett, Washington. This is a contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities :

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) to assess cardiac function and structure.
• Conduct stress echocardiograms (SECHO) to evaluate heart performance under exertion.
• Administer bubble studies to detect intracardiac shunts and abnormal blood flow.
• Utilize Definity contrast imaging for enhanced visualization of cardiac structures.
• Perform strain imaging to assess myocardial deformation and early cardiac dysfunction.
• Work closely with cardiologists to review imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
• Ensure compliance with imaging protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide patient-centered experience by explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
