Pride Health is seeking a Sterile Tech to join a team in Baltimore MD
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile supplies, including linen, trays, metal basins, and equipment for use across the medical center.
- Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize supplies following established protocols.
- Ensure proper sterilization techniques in compliance with CBSPD/CRCST standards.
- Deliver sterilized supplies to designated areas and pull surgical case carts for the Operating Room.
- Maintain records in accordance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of sterile processing areas.
- Monitor sterilization equipment and validate proper functioning using biological and mechanical indicators.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in sterile processing required.
- At least one completed travel assignment OR 3 years of experience if a first-time traveler.
Certification & Licensure:
- Central Sterile Certification required (CBSPD or CRCST).

- Job Title : Sterile Tech
- Location: Baltimore MD
- Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Saturday
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Pay rate : $32/hr
