Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Middletown, MD! This is a contract role (Potential to Extend or Convert to FTE) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Phlebotomist
Location: 3400 California Ave SW, Ste 300, Seattle, WA 98154
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Shift Type: 8-hour Days
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $17- $21/hour (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures for approximately 50 patients per day.
- Collect, process, and prepare specimens for testing and transport.
- Ensure proper patient identification, labeling, and order verification.
- Work independently in a busy Patient Service Center environment.
- Provide phlebotomy services for both pediatric and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Phlebotomy certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience required.
Skills: - Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients required.
- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and specimen handling.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
