Pride has openings for part-time and full-time DSP awake night positions.
We are looking for Team Members who are caring and compassionate about working with those with disabilities. We offer on the job training, environments that are meaningful and fun filled, as well as making a difference in the lives of those we assist.
Daily Duties:
- Provide awake overnight supervision and assistance to individuals in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to any emergencies or changes in condition.
- Document and report any incidents or observations to the appropriate staff members and on Therap on a computer.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents while respecting their rights and dignity.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
