What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional - Awake Over Nights position at Pride Inc.?
SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES:

- Attend meetings and participate in agency sponsored in service training (attend all staff meetings; successfully complete required training according to Pride's training policy; attend in services offered by Pride so as to enhance one's job performance).
- Be a responsible Team Member (arrive to work on time, flexible with work schedule, punches in/out for scheduled shifts, completes all paper work in a timely manner, effectively and positively communicates with Supervisor and co-workers by checking voice mail when working and utilizing communication logs in assigned settings.)
EDUCATION
- Minimum high school diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in working with people with disabilities preferred.
- Current ND driver’s license in good standing preferred.
PHYSICAL
- Assistance with transferring and lifting up to 50 pounds.
