Pride Institute is celebrating our 37th year of providing our clients with an inclusive and accepting place for recovery through evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, sexual health and mental health. Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) staff in Eden Prairie and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) staff in Uptown Minneapolis understand the issues the LGBTQIA community face, and our mission is to give clients the tools needed for addiction and mental health recovery.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented Compliance and Performance Improvement (CPI) Specialist to coordinate and monitor our facility-wide quality management assessment and quality performance improvement program, including privacy standards, ensuring that our programs comply with all federal, state and local laws/regulations and the accreditation program standards applicable to facilities providing substance use disorder treatment. The CPI Specialist is also responsible for staff training and education on Pride’s performance initiatives and measures including outcomes measurement and reporting.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field from an accredited college or university; four (4) years’ experience in quality and risk management and organizational performance improvement in a healthcare setting; and thorough working knowledge of CARF, MN 245G standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing substance abuse care facilities. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and pass a UA drug test.
