Overview
Trade up to an exciting role! We are seeking a highly organized, self-starter, capable of running with minimal supervision, who loves a job with a rich variety of challenges, including:
- Hiring & Training: Onboard new employees and off board departing employees
- Client Service: Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage accounts
- Operations: : Oversee vendor relations, assist in permitting applications, and help coordinate with customers and employees on an as-needed basis
- Marketing & Events: Assist with community outreach, events, and light marketing
- Administration: Manage payroll, accounts receivable, supplies, and records

Qualifications:
- 2 years office administration/customer service experience
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented & able to prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- ADP Payroll experience a plus
- Service Titan experience a plus
