Designer

Are you a creative visionary with an eye for bold, impactful designs? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets precision? If so, we are currently seeking a Designer to join our team!

As a Designer, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality graphics that meet our clients' unique needs. You'll collaborate with a dynamic sales team, apply your expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Composer, and Flexi, and ensure every design meets size and visibility requirements.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Design vinyl graphics and signs using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Composer and Flexi.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client’s requirements and preferences.

• Select appropriate colors, fonts, and images to convey the message the client is looking to share.

• Ensure the designs meet size regulations and visibility requirements.

• Stay informed about industry and marketing trends to help our clients maintain a competitive edge.

• Effectively manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing deadlines to ensure timely completion.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.

• Three years of graphic design experience (preferred).

• Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Composer and Flexi.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to think creatively both collaboratively and independently.

• Strong understanding of color theory and layout principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
