- Responsible for candidate screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct pre-onboarding activities such as completing background checks, verifying references, gathering necessary documentation before new hire start date
- Facilitating orientation sessions with new hires
- Monitoring the onboarding progress of new hires
- Providing updates to recruitment team and management on the onboarding process and new hire
- Ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored properly
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have previous office experience
- Previous Health Care experience preferred
- VESTA or PAS experience preferred
- Fluent Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
