Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our team at PrideNow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance and experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and troubleshoot beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.
* Participate in and direct troubleshooting activities in case of equipment failure.
* Collaborate with the production team to make rapid, educated decisions regarding issues and troubleshoot systems.
* Perform maintenance, testing, and upgrading of all production equipment.
Required Skills:
* Strong mechanical skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems, and PLC usage.
* Experience with RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, or RS Logix 5 software for machine troubleshooting.
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
* Proficiency in using a multimeter and working in control panels with up to 480VAC.
