Porter

Job Description

Villa Serena is seeking a highly motivated Porter who will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors, as well as, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings in a multi-family residential property.

Qualifications:

• Light maintenance/porter duty experience for a multifamily apartment community preferred
• The ability to follow directions and communicate and work well with others required
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain the upkeep of the property grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, as well as, parking lots and other community buildings
• Remove trash from office areas, amenities and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis
• Assist in preparation of make ready units, including removal of trash in vacant apartments (trash outs)
• Assist Maintenance team with seasonal duties
• Assist Maintenance team as needed with various tasks required
• Maintain curb appeal
• Uphold all company policies, goals and values
