We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the operations of our community. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and customer relationship management systems.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws related to property management.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality standards are met.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property management laws.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell properties effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks related to property management.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
