We're looking for a passionate and driven Billing and Collections Supervisor for our client in North Dallas!

This role will start out onsite for training and then move to a hybrid schedule.
Compensation:
$55,000-$65,000
What you'll be doing:

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of billing and collections experience, with property management knowledge being a major plus.
- 5 years of experience leading a team of at least four direct reports.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and a strong grasp of customer service principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with ease.
- Strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
