3rd Shift Line Operator

3rd Shift -10pm - 6am, Mon - Fri

Pay : $18.40

Job Summary :

Responsible for completing various processes to produce a high-quality finished contact lens.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities :

• Understand and adhere to specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with FDA requirements and ISO standards.
• Verify setup and calibration of machines and tools daily.
• Proficiency in use of machines and tools not limited to but including : 10x loupes, micrometers, and pin gauges.
• Adhere to strict tolerances, verifying each part conforms to associated work order.
• Document processes accurately in accordance with Good Documentation Practices standards.
• Maintain constant workflow keeping open communication with fellow Manufacturing Technicians and conducting all job duties in a professional manner.

Perform line clearance and 5’s activities at the beginning and end of the shift.

Scope :

Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily production quantity goals maintaining good quality on each lens.

Qualifications :

Basic computer systems knowledge.

Strong attention to detail.

Assembly or Manufacturing Experience

Proficiently work on a small delicate scale.

Experience :   One year of experience in pharmaceutical / medical device manufacturing preferred

Education :   High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $18.50 Per Hour

Salary : $17 - $19
