Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for key client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to meet their needs. With this confidence, this position will request repeat business to better service our clients, and will ask for referrals.
Compensation : $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
Location : Lorton, Va
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, captured in our CRM tool Hubspot, using mixed communications, social media, email, and phone.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions through our POS system via order taking and adjusting as necessary
- Prepare and deliver client reports and progress updates.
